Today’s weight loss book club is about chapter 3 of Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Quit Emotional Eating. The chapter is called, “Why are You Reading this Book?” It talks about the traps of emotional eating and how we can release ourselves from those traps! This is a live with discussion from the viewers in the chat. I look forward to discussing this important chapter with you all and feeling the release and freedom from emotional eating! It is a process and I am glad to be on this journey with you!

This book club has a lot of members like me who are taking a Gp-1 medications like mounjaro/zepbound or ozempic/wegovy. Some people, like my husband, are here to lose weight and develop healthy lifelong habits without medication. I have type 2 diabetes so my doctor prescribed Mounjaro for me. Currently I am taking the 7.5 MG shot.
