Tiffany Magee’s TikTok is filled with her eating her favorite lunch over and over in a spellbinding sequence: chicken sausage, raw and pickled vegetables, fruit, cottage cheese and a metric ton of mustard, adding up to over 100 million views. And she claims she’s lost 80 pounds — and counting — since eating this meal every day.

Unlike other wellness trends, though, this meal is absurdly simple and decidedly lowbrow. It consists of placing each item on a plate, usually alongside a chicken sausage for some form of protein, and dipping the uncooked veggies (popular choices are broccoli, carrots, hearts of palm, and brussels sprouts) in both the mustard and the cottage cheese. No cooking, blending, or juicing required.
