Ingredients For Mango Oats Smoothie
☛ 2 medium-sized (about 300 g) ripe & sweet mangoes, chilled
☛ 1 cup instant oats or old fashioned
☛ 3 cups chilled milk dairy or vegan
☛ 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds
☛ 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
☛ 1 tablespoon honey, or 2 soft dates (optional)

For Serving
☛ 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
☛ 1/2 teaspoon oats
☛ 2 tablespoons chopped mangoes

!!How to make Mango Oats Smoothie
1. Cut the sides of the mango 1/4 inches away from the middle. Make the same cut on the other side. After that, cut the long slits lengthwise on the mango slice. Then turn the mango 90 degrees and cut similar sized lines to form a grid line pattern without going through the mango skin. Using a large spoon, scoop out the mango cubes into the jar or a blender.
2. Add instant oats to the blender. If using rolled oats, then soak oats in 1 cup of warm milk or water for 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can also soak them overnight in the refrigerator. Now add milk, honey/pitted dates, and cardamom powder.
3. Blitz everything until smooth and creamy. Check the consistency, if your smoothie is too thick, then add some extra milk and blend again to make it runnier.
4. Divide the mango oat smoothie among serving glasses. Top with chia seeds, oats flakes, and chopped mangoes. Mango Oats Breakfast Smoothie is ready, enjoy it chilled.

NOTES:
1. This mango oats smoothie recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
2. Use organic gluten free oats to make this smoothie gluten free.
3. When fresh mangoes are not in season, you can also use frozen mango chunks or puree. Since you are adding them to a smoothie, you can directly add them without thawing.
4. Make sure to use the juicy, ripe, and sweet mango for this smoothie recipe.
