Today I’m sharing a smoothie recipe that can be used as a break-fast, lunch or dinner. This smoothie is packed with high quality sources of protein, fat and fiber to help boost satiety and prevent sugar cravings.
Autumn’s Zero Sugar Protein Powder:
Citrusy Ginger Greens Smoothie
10 oz. water
1 scoop Autumn’s Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup unsweetened greek yogurt OR plant-based greek yogurt
1 handful fresh spinach
1 handful fresh kale
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. coconut butter
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1. Blend until smooth.
