Walking Workout for Weight Loss with Upper Body Strength and Toning

Weight Loss Workout
Please join me for this FUN walking exercise that includes 30 minutes of fat burning cardio and arm toning!
All exercisers are low impact and perfect for seniors and beginners. Follow along and have fun with this walking workout that is to beat/music!
The first 20 minutes includes fat burning cardio. I took 2500 steps in this portion! The remaining 10 minutes includes using small weights to build strength and tone our upper body. I’m using 4 pound dumbbells, make sure to keep the weights lighter because there are no breaks and the pace is quick. We finish the workout with a quick cool down.
