In this video, I’ll show you a quick recipe for an amazing drink for blood sugars, insulin resistance, and even diabetes. I like to combine the ingredients in a pint mason jar.

First, I add one teaspoon of cinnamon. It has powerful anti-diabetic properties. Then I like to use fresh ginger. I grate one teaspoon and add it to the jar. Ginger has amazing phytochemicals, and properties for health — specifically, blood sugars.

Of course, we can’t forget apple cider vinegar! I like Bragg’s. I add one tablespoon, but you can use two. Next, add two to four tablespoons of organic lemon juice. It’s great for a keto and intermittent fasting program to prevent kidney stones.

Last, fill the jar with filtered or carbonated water. Put the lid on and shake to combine.

I make a couple of these every day, store them in the refrigerator, and drink both of them daily. Sometimes I drink one with a meal, but not always.

Go ahead and try it out, I think you’ll be happily surprised at what it does to your blood sugars!
