This challenge of course should be done on a daily basis and it runs for 35 mins with rest times in between. The exercises in this video aren’t that difficult but they can be challenging especially for newbies. They are also full-on cardio so expect that your heart rate will go up as you do this. But that’s ok, that means that you’ll be having the best workout session and burning as much fat as your body can!
