PB&J Smoothie: 2 tbsp nut butter, 1/3 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup almond milk, chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla protein
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie: 2 tbsp nut butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, 1/3 cup cauliflower rice, 1 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup pumpkin pure, 1-2 tbsp flax seed 1/2 banana
Blueberry Muffin Smoothie: 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 2 tbsp nut butter, 1/3 cup frozen berries, 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
