Protein Shake Recipes Weight Loss! – 7 High Protein Fruit Smoothies For Weight Loss.

All 7 recipes are delicious, high volume, low calorie, and high in protein!
Tips:
1. I used 2% fat lactose-free which has 51 cal for every 100ml but you can use milk substitutes like almond milk which will also lower the total calories even more.
2. I used erythritol because i like it extra sweet but its optional since the fruits are already sweet and delicious without the extra sugar/sugar substitute.
3. You can play with the number of grams for almost every ingredient. If you want a stronger taste of fruit just add more fruit instead of ice cubes, or if you want a thicker version just add more fruit/ice cubes (for me i try to maintain 150-160 grams of fruit+ice in total)
4. I used 33g of protein powder because that’s the sweet spot for me but you can play around with the amount if you want a stronger taste or a higher amount of protein in your smoothie.
