Everyone thinks there must be some crazy secret to how we’ve lost the weight. The truth is… the secret is just sticking to a whole food, plant-based diet! We follow a vegan diet and also try to eat as many whole (minimally processed/non-processed) foods as we can. We also try to avoid any added oils or sugar, and drastically limit our salt intake.
