Feeling a panic attack coming on can be super scary, emotional, and overwhelming. Symptoms, such as a racing heart, trembling, or shortness of breath can make you feel out of control. These therapists’ or psychologists’ techniques may help stop the sensations so you can feel better. One trick may work better for you than another, and you may prefer using one over another, depending on the situation.
