How to start Juicing – Juicing for beginners | Cafe Yooky

I am not a nutritionist by all means, but I can tell the difference in my body when I’m on juicing and when I’m not. While juicing, I feel more energetic, active and I get better complexion of course.
I know juicing can be bothersome sometimes, and I must confess I occasionally loose track of it. Even so, I highly recommend you to try it out and enjoy all the benefits of juicing and get healthy!
