1/2orange juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp curd

Kiwi smoothie…..

2 kiwi cut into cubes
1/2banana
1/4apple
3-4,leaves spinach
1/2cup milk

Blue berry smoothie….
1/2 cup blue berry
4-5 dates
1/2 cup Milk

Mango smoothie…..
1 cup Mango
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbs flax seeds
4 tbs curd
