Back in 2016 I deleted all my weight loss videos and went off to look after my health. Now, I feel ready to come back and this is an update on my 6 stones/ 80lbs /38.10kg weight loss so far based on eating one meal a day (OMAD) and juicing.
I have another 28 lbs to go to reach the weight I want to be (14 stones /196 lbs / 88.90kg) and another 50lbs/3.5 stones/22.6kg (approx) to reach the “right” weight for my height – which I believe is too thin but let’s see.
So in 2020 my aim is to use fasting (intermittent fasting of one meal a day – OMAD – or longer 36, 48 and 72 hour fasts), water fasting, plus eating a wholefoods plant-based diet with a little meat/fish thrown in.
