1/2 cup milk(or soy milk)
1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup pitted dates
2 almonds (or any nuts optional)
2 ice cubes(optional )

INSTRUCTIONS::
* Blend all the ingredients together for 2 minutes to make it smooth.
