Smoothies are a good way to have healthy nutritious fruits, vegetables, etc. in one meal. I LOVE LOVE LOVE smoothies and drink one almost every day. I tried a smoothie challenge (KIND OF- NOT REALLY) and had both good and bad results :D. I drank 2 smoothies a day, had a snack and regular dinner. During these 2 weeks, I found some new smoothie recipes that I’ll continue to drink and thought I would share with you.
