Today I’m sharing a few easy and delicious starch-based meals that are great for weight loss or maintenance. 🙂 My key recommendation for weight loss is to focus on the QUALITY of the food you are eating rather than obsessing over calories. Eat more whole foods, a variety of vegetables and lots of leafy greens and make sure to always eat until you are 100% satisfied. Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight is about establishing a healthy lifestyle and not about phases of deprivation!
