Hi everyone!! In this video I share a days worth of easy plant based meals that will help you regain your health and lose unwanted weight. The work of great doctors like Dr. John Mcdougal, Dr. Neal Barnard, and Dr. Doug Lisle, have completely changed my life. I know eat a high starch low fat vegan diet and because of that all my health and weight problems cleared up just like these doctors said it would!

Oats:
quick cooking steel cut oats
1 banana
1/2-1 tsp coconut extract
berries of choice
mango

Potatoes:
garlic pwd
onion pwd
smoked paprika
garlic salt
mustard pwd
nutritional yeast
or just use chili garlic cholula and nutritional yeast
Roast already cooked potatoes once seasoned for 15-25 minutes until crisp

Black Bean and Mango Salsa
Black beans
cubed mango
cilantro
red onion finely diced
lime
salt

Zesty Cole Slaw:
bagged coleslaw mix
juice of lime
cilantro
