Green Smoothie: makes 32 oz

1 large cucumber peeled
2 avocados
2 cups raw spinach
couple sprigs or parsley
1 cup coconut milk ( not cream of coconut)!!!!!
1 1/2 cup filtered water
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp sugar free syrup ( optional)
1 Tsp cinnamon ( optional)
