I hope you enjoy this wonderful intermediate/advanced 45 minute Pilates class geared towards weight loss. The length of the workout coupled with the fun complex movements will have every inch of your body engaged! Burn calories and fat while sculpting long lean dancer muscles…and of course I added in some beautiful stretches throughout the workout since it’s so important to have a good balance of strength and flexibility.
