– Milk (400ml)
– Almonds

Muffins ingredients :

– Oats (200g)
– 2 Banana
– Vanilla essence (1 tsp)
– Honey (20 ml)
– Coconut oil (100ml)
– 2 Eggs
– Cinnamon powder (1/2 tsp)
– Baking powder + soda (each
