Hi babes!!! Sooo… this is what is working for me! It may not be for everyone, but this type of “lifestyle” or “diet” has been the most effective for me! This is how I am going to lose 5-7 lbs to get to my goals weight! Being an athlete and having a lot of muscle makes it harder for me to lose weight on the scale, even though my figure will change.
