this is a good home weight loss workout men, women, kids or whoever is a beginner at home

The real name of this should be jumping jack workout #5 which is a mix of my first 2 jumping jack hit weight loss workouts. The first half is just like my lose 10 pounds in 21 days jumping jack workout.

The second half is almost like my 2nd jumping jack workout called lose 5 pounds this week but instead of each one being 20 seconds you alternate between 20 and 30 seconds (Iโ€™m sorry for messing up with giving you extra 30 seconds)

Here are the workout layouts for sets 1 and 2

2. Rest 10 sec.
3. Jumping Jacks 30 sec.
4. Rest 10 sec.
5. Repeat 10 Minutes

This 20 Minute Weight Loss Workout for Beginners to Lose Weight Every Week At HOME! (No EQUIPMENT NEEDED) only needs to be done 2to 4 days per week for the full 20 plus minutes

If you donโ€™t have time or you are a lazy ass beginner, then do this workout for 10 minutes or only do the first 10-minute part of the weight loss hit workout.

For the best results you also need to use my eat anything you want diet which is also popularly known as the nowloss diet or adrian bryant diet to lose weight fast everyday eating anything you want during the week

If your legs, claves or feet are sore then rest more days or do this workout on a bike elliptical instead to allow your lower legs (calf and feet) more time to rest
